Cancellation Policy – Virtual Esthetician Services

At Glow Haven Aesthetics & Beauty LLC , we value your time and appreciate your trust in our virtual esthetician services. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of visit.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late to your virtual session, the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and subject to the no-show fee.

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may offer a one-time waiver of the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Refunds & Credits

Cancellations within the required notice period will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

If you prepaid for your session and cancel within the required timeframe, you may request a refund or apply the credit toward a future appointment.
