Cancellation Policy – Virtual Esthetician Services

At Glow Haven Aesthetics & Beauty LLC , we value your time and appreciate your trust in our virtual esthetician services. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late to your virtual session, the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and subject to the no-show fee.

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may offer a one-time waiver of the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Refunds & Credits

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any services, including prepaid appointments.

If you cancel within the required notice period, you may apply the full credit toward a future appointment. Rescheduling must be done within 30 days to retain your credit.
